2011 ANNUAL ELECTION
On Tuesday, November 8, the Brookside West Annual Membership Meeting was held at Claudia Landeen School. Incumbent Chuck Crabtree was reelected to the Board of Directors. In addition, Royce Monks was elected and Cliff Stevens was elected as a write in candidate! Congratulations all!!

PROPOSED CC&R REVISION - IMPORTANT
Updated March 24, 2011- Based on homeowner comments and input, changes were made to Section 6.03 (page 12); Section 6.03.N (page 15); Section 6.04.C (page 19); Section 6.06.B (page 21); and Section 8.02.B.3 (page 24). The revised amended CC&R dated March 23, 2011 is here.

Dear Brookside West Owner: For the past two years, your Board of Directors, along with your association attorney, have been diligently working to amend your existing and outdated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R). The existing CC&R were adopted in 1978 and much has changed since that time. An entire legislative scheme governing community associations (the Davis - Stirling Act) was adopted by legislature in 1985, and has been amended dozens of times since then. As a result of this, your documents are antiquated and are long past due to be brought up to standard. The most current “draft” of your amended CC&R is available for your review and comment on your association website here. We encourage you to review the entire document and give us your feedback. Your Board of Directors invites you to attend the February 16, 2011 and/or March 16, 2011 Board meeting at Claudia Landeen School. Again, we welcome your comments.
